Our classes are designed to challenge you in a safe environment. All our instructors have years of experience training and motivating members to complete the task at hand. We provide you with a variety of classes from Kettlebells too Circuits to Cardio Sweat.All designed to tone and sculpt that body you desire.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells is a movement strength and cardio based class. It is amazing for people with back problems as it helps to build up the posterior chain, hamstrings, bum and back muscles. One of our busiest classes at Rise.

TOTAL BODY FITNESS

Total body fitness, this full body workout works on the strength in the body. We lift challenging weights that are designed to make you stronger and tone up those muscles.

BEGINNERS LIFTS

Never been in a gym before? Not sure your lifts are safe? Keep getting a sore back?   Well at Rise we want you to learn how to lift safely. Beginners Lifts is designed to teach members how to perform the main lifts performed in every class. We will fine tune your squat, deadlift, bench press and many more movements. So if you want to learn or fine tune your safe lifting then this is the class for you.

BOXING

Our qualified boxing coach will push your hand eye co-ordination to your limit. Your fitness levels will increase and the sweat will be dripping. Gloves and Pads will be supplied. So bring your best friend and punch the life out of them. In a safe manor of course.

CORE & BALANCE

Our Core and Balance class will target those problem areas. These short classes will focus on the main muscles of the core and challenge your balance with our indo board balance trainers. If you like to have a strong core and enjoy to balance then this class is for you. 

CIRCUTS

Circuits is your traditional class of a number of your favourite exercise stations. This is completed in a interval type workout. 45 second work 15 second change.

LEGS, BUMs & TUMS

We train everything from the bra strap down. So if you are looking for those toned legs, tight buttocks and wash board abs, then this is the class for you.

RISE 60

Rise 60 is our in house progressive program that runs over 12 weeks. During the 12 weeks you will get weekly check ins with our in house dietitian, 4 workout sessions per week, before and after photos. During the workouts we will push your body to the limit, helping to tone muscle and strip body fat whilst working your body’s engine.
