My journey to get to this point has been less than smooth, which in some ways makes me more grateful for where I am today. I have had my struggles, both physically and mentally so I know how hard it can be to believe in yourself and achieve your health and fitness goals…but I also know it’s possible.

Over the past few years I have worked as a teacher, speaker, personal trainer & coach placing a huge emphasis on bridging the gap between mental and physical health. Our fears, insecurities and self doubts often make us believe we can’t do, be or experience certain things… but these barriers will only stop us finding the best version of ourselves if we LET them.

I believe my purpose is to ensure all my clients value and experience their ‘best self’.

Hi, how are you?
I am David and have been full time as personal coach and fitness instructor for 16 years. My life beforehand was always physical, representing in 3 sports, playing to high level in 4th, and within time gaining degree within Sports Science.
From this I am ‘me’, so much as to fitness becoming my life and love. From my positions within the fitness world, I take pride and enjoyment in passing this on, nurturing, and watching develop within others; and from such seeing new pathways and people emerge. 😊

My fitness journey started when I was 12 years of age, I loved to dance when I was young and then my journey and passion continued into the fitness industry. I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years now and found my passion in life!
