Rise Performance has been manufactured since 2008. That was when I started working in the commercial fitness industry. I quickly noticed that the larger commercial gyms had one goal, get you signed up on a 6 month contract and let you go at it. They where all about bright lights, music, machines, posing and protein shakes. The thing I found the worse was that the members where talking second place. I am sure you have all been there, joined, got bored, felt intimidated, never returned and payed your monthly contract and continued to pay. So early on I started looking for my own premises but just could not find the right space. Then in April 2017 we found our location and set about to change the standard of the fitness industries idea of a gym.
We opened Rise mid 2018 with the view to make good quality fitness affordable, where the member is known and not just a number. We focus on our three main things LIFT, MOVE, SWEAT = Results. This is simple when you have the best in the business working at Rise. Our Ohana is world class and so friendly.

At Rise we have a range of Personal Trainers whom all specialise in their fields from weight loss, crossfit, strength and conditioning, functional movements, flexibility, mental health, posture correction, lower back pain management and your good old general fitness.
Our gym set up is the perfect balance of a Strength and Conditioning gym and a Crossfit Box. We have a lot of trainers and members whom compete within this sport and they love the versatility Rise Performance has to offer.

Our new program kicks off soon. These mid day workouts are designed for the members of the public whom would like to train and learn a lot more about fitness. Our aim is to keep you mobile and teach you safe techniques on how to lift the grand kids or get off the floor safely. Plus keep that ticker kicking over helping you to live a longer healthier life.
