STATE OF THE ART FITNESS FACILITY

Our state-of-the-art fitness facility based in Newtownabbey provides you with all the toys you require to achieve your goals. Our Equipment is vast and spaced in such a way to give you the freedom of movement. The Coaches are at the top of their fields bringing results too many of our members. Our in-house Registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist is working with a lot of the country’s finest athletes but loves to help people change the diet part of your lifestyle.

LIFT

All our members are taught how to lift safely and with correct form. We will teach all the major lifts such as Squat, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Pull Up etc.

MOVE

Our Aim is to get you moving into a multitude of different directions. As we get older we rarely move as the body is designed to. Everything is forward and back and nothing side to side or rational. So if you feel stiff then what are you waiting for.

SWEAT

The clue is in the name. We use a wide range of techniques to get the lungs and heart pumping to burn those stubborn calories.

When we get you to combine Lift, Move, Sweat and add in the diet advice from our Registered Dietitian and Sport Nutritionist then we will help you reach your desired goal.
